Maimon's Vanilla Extract is made from premium vanilla beans and delivers a rich, balanced flavor with notes of caramel and a slight bourbon-rum warmth. Unlike the watered-down imitation extracts you find in most American grocery stores, this is a proper pure vanilla extract — a few drops are enough to flavor an entire cake batter.
