Elite Turkish Coffee is the best-selling ground coffee in Israel, made from carefully roasted beans ground into a fine, silky powder. It's been a fixture in Israeli kitchens for generations — the cup you reach for in the morning, the one you serve guests, the one that fills the kitchen with that unmistakable aroma.
Brewed traditionally in a finjan (cezve) over low heat, the fine grind allows the coffee to develop the rich crema on top that Turkish coffee lovers know and look for. Some prepare it sketa (plain), some with sugar, some Bedouin-style with a cardamom pod tossed in. Each cup has body, depth, and a slight sweetness from the roast itself.
